Children:
Children are more than welcome as long as they are being serviced.

Cancellation:
We require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last-minute cancellations will be subjected to forfeiting their deposit.

Consultation:
Please ensure that you consult with your technician before any services begin if you have any known allergies, skin sensitivities, nail, skin, hand or foot concerns, or any other medical or health conditions that might impact your service. It is our goal to provide you the best services and products and want to ensure that you understand that you are responsible for informing Bella Nail Lounge and/or its staff of ANY and ALL changes to your health conditions that might impact your services.

Gratuity:
A cash gratuity of 15-20% of each original service price (prior to any discount/deal) is appreciated.

Groupon/LivingSocial/Deal:
Please schedule all services at least 24 hours in advance of your anticipated service. Please use the appropriate promo based on your deal. Please present all vouchers at check in.

Lateness:
If you arrive to your appointment later than the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee your spot will be reserved.

Payment:
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, gift certificates/cards as payment.

Pet:
Regrettably we do not allow pets at Bella (insert sad face).

Satisfaction:
