Cancellation Policy:We require a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last-minute cancellations will be subjected to forfeiting their deposit.

Late Arrivals:If you arrive to your appointment later than the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee your spot will be reserved.

Gratuity:A cash gratuity of 15-20% of each original service price (prior to any discount/deal) is appreciated.
Pet:Regrettably we do not allow pets at Bella (insert sad face).

Children:Children are more than welcome as long as they are being serviced.
